Very good
Very ambient and stylish. Beautiful old building, floors and windows, mirrors, outdoor courtyard. Atmospheric. Very secure.
The cheap pillows (way too fat with no flatter ones as an option). And sorry to say, but the musty smell most noticeable in the bedroom (similar to cat’s piss or general dampness - as it’s a lower ground level apartment). These were the only two negatives but both affected the quality of the stay. Otherwise, we loved it.

Lovely apartment to explore Florence
It was very cute, very spacious for two people and had a lovely outdoor area. It was well stocked for cooking and eating at home, had facilities for washing, a nice bathroom and comfy bed.
It is a tiny bit out of the way from the main part of town - that being said, it’s very close to a train station so that was convenient. Really, there were no complaints.

The patio is quite nice.
There is a nice patio, and its walking distance to Campo Di Marti train station.
There was a very strong sewerage odour during the 5 days we stayed. I spoke to other tenants and they said it was an ongoing problem. The apartment is located at the bottom of the stairwell next to the maintenance rooms, so l assume that is the source of the issue.
