  I wouldn’t rate it as exceptional.

  The kitchen was not equipped properly, with just one mug to drink tea for the whole family and almost no cutlery. The floor was unclean, we found some glass on the carpet and plenty of pistachio shells. We expected to have a sofa bed as advertised but in fact it was a sitting sofa, it was bearable to sleep on it but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It was also very dirty (better not to move the pillows in such cases). I’ve never seen such a tall bathroom sink before, we literally had to stand on our tip toes to reach it. The bed linen was dirty too, with some hair on it and unwashed spots. We had to sleep in our day clothes to protect ourselves against unhygienic conditions. That was one of those disappointing stays, when you expect an ‘exceptional stay’ as it was said on booking.com but get something completely different. The personal was very polite, though. I wish them all good luck in improving the quality of the guests’ stays.
