    Ok

    The place was ok to be honest Aircon worked hot water and plenty of utensils for cooking. I would visit again but would prefer a place where you can smoke on the balcony but that's just me preference being a smoker.

    I smoked on the Balcony and was reported to Security who came and said if it happened again I would get a 15k fine. I was totally unaware of a no smoking ban that's why I got a room with Balcony as I would not smoke in someone's house anyway. There is a smoking area at the bottom of the car park. But in my opinion it should be made clear about the no smoking policy. There was another Security Guard who had a bad attitude but I always ignored him.

    What a place...

    Great location close to ayala cebu center. The pool area was nice, basketball pickup games, and security were fantastic. The owners were very responsive and the cleaners did a great job before arrival. Highly recommend.

    I usually have something, but not on this place. Easy grab location for everything.

    Very nice great value and wonderful condo

    Condo was nicely set up with plenty of dishes and aircon worked great. Owners very friendly and helpful and provided all necessary info for check in ahead of time. Very nice will stay here again soon I hope. Also had a great view from the balcony.
