    Great location adjacent to numerous bars, cafes and essential places of interest such as Prado, Reina Sofia, Banksy Museum, Retiro Park etc. Comfortable rooms with great shower.

    Limited facilities with no TV or tea making facilities in the room and due to location, street noise was loud until 1 or 2 in the morning given we were there for the weekend and Spains National day on the Monday

    Dont have coffee machine in the room, just 2 capsules of coffee in each room per day

    ¡Excelente ubicación, pero una pésima relación calidad-precio!

    Excelente ubicación, en pleno Barrio de las Letras, a pocos minutos a pie del Museo del Prado, la Puerta del Sol y la Plaza de Santa Ana.

    Viajamos en familia, con dos niños pequeños, y la habitación parece de hostal; las camas y colchones son muy incómodos, algo clave cuando se necesita descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. Los servicios son mínimos: apenas tres cápsulas de café para una cafetera compartida en el pasillo de cada piso. La relación calidad-precio es claramente desfavorable, sobre todo para familias.
