    It's okay.

    At first, we chose this homestay because we saw that it had good reviews and a nice overall environment on Booking.com. When we arrived downstairs, we contacted the agent, and they later helped us change to another unit. We were okay with the last-minute change, and the new unit had a nice overall environment. However, after checking in, we noticed several issues. The bathroom floor was wet, the water heater outside was not working, and the air conditioner in the master bedroom was also not working. There was also some rubbish left inside the drawers, so the cleaning did not feel very thorough. We also noticed that there were many ants on the table when we first checked in. The ants were already there when we arrived. Overall, the environment was actually quite nice, but there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene. If these issues could be checked and resolved before guests arrive, the overall stay experience would be much better.
