Lovely, clean hotel, wonderful staff
We stayed at One South Place when our flight from Belize got cancelled and we needed a night in a hotel. We could not have been luckier to stay here; the entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is lovely, rooms are clean, comfortable and really well appointed with cute outdoor spaces. David was a great host and helped us settle in, suggested restaurants and arranged taxis. They made an unexpected night in Belize City a great experience.

One South Place Hotel is a perfect place to stay while visiting Belize City. My wife and I could not speak more highly of this Hotel. The neighborhood is safe and perfectly situated on the waterfront. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The pricing is very reasonable. Thanks so much for a great stay South Place! We hope to return in the future!

Peaceful stay - home way from home My recent stay at One South Place Hotel was truly exceptional. The property was impeccably clean and provided a serene, quiet atmosphere that made for a restful experience. Each night, I drifted off to sleep to the soothing sounds of the Caribbean Sea waves which were calming and peaceful. A special mention goes to Ms. Judy who was awesome.
