Just the most beautiful space, very relaxing and glamorous with everything we needed and more.

We liked everything, most stunning period property. So much room and space. The hosts have thought of everything and leave very welcoming packs and information. They were on hand for everything we needed (ie batteries for a CO monitor that started peeping). Very warm. Gas log effect fire wasn’t needed temperature wise but was beautiful. TV had all the apps. Reading room is perfect for families of youngsters and/or teens. Very comfy beds and sofas.

A perfect base from which to explore the Suffolk coastline and the wider area.

The location made it easy to explore the Suffolk area and coast. It was a short drive to, for example, Aldeburgh, Southwold, Dunwich and Sutton Hoo from this property. The property itself was spotless, spacious, well equipped, stylish and comfortable. This all made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we were there my partner took part in a knife making course at Red Five Forge (also excellent) we visited Snape Maltings and took a short river cruise. We also took a trip around Adnams brewery in Southwold.

Beautiful old school house with exceptional interior.

Beautiful decor throughout property. Lovely welcome tray of treats on arrival. Easy drive to coast.

Road was busy and Town was limited.

We loved our third visit to this wonderful property. So cosy and spacious at the same time.

A beautiful property, with everything you could possibly need. A perfect location too for exploring the area.
