    Despite the list of complaints in many reviews this place was cheap and good value. Namely: - Good location - quiet and a short walk into town. - The bed and communal areas were clean - An excellently equipped kitchen. Lots of coffee, tea bags. -plenty of space

    - photos on website paint a flattering picture. The reality is different. -Lots of clutter, ornaments, covers on everything, rugs that wcould be a trip hazard. -Lots of interesting art but won't be to everyone's taste. -state of front door and internal doors. They could do with replacing. - worn and dated kitchen. Boiler works but overall apoearance resembles a student kitchen.

    plesent enough

    The bed was really comfy kitchen was clean

    Bathroom not clean no staff about for ages when we arrived to book in there is no reception area had to wait for some guy to turn up and give us our key.Curtains were broken so couldn’t shut them and window wouldn’t shut so was freezing. No staff about to help.
