    Great location and well appointed for a family group

    Great location, walking distance to oneroa village and beach. Two living areas worked well for extended family. Good kitchen facilities. Littlies loved the toy cupboard!

    The house is wooden so quite creaky and internal walls are thin - take ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!

    Extra living room

    There was no microwave despite description saying properly had a well equipped kitchen and description also said there was a coffee maker and sadly there wasn't one. I have never stayed at a place that did NOT have milk in fridge to make a cup of tea on arrival. And the biggest problem with the property was the noise of the water pump in garage constantly turning off and on. We had to move out of the bedroom above it and sleep in the lounge.
