    We stayed here for a week and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the location in Agios Nikolaos, it couldn't be better. The apartment is just a few steps from a small, charming public beach with crystal-clear water and a very reasonable beach services (a set of two sunbeds and an umbrella costs only €10, a shower is available as well). The area offers several minimarkets and plenty of restaurants. The city center is only a short walk away, offering plenty of shops, local boutiques, and many other restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, well organized, and very well equipped. It includes a washing machine, iron, hairdryers, beach towels, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are large and comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Check-in was smooth using a door code. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. He responded immediately via WhatsApp.

    The only downsides were the Wi-Fi connection and the hot water. The Wi-Fi was quite weak and unstable, and in one of the bedrooms it barely worked at all, as the router seems to be located in the other room. It was not reliable enough for a proper work and video calls. We also experienced issues with hot water, which was available for only 3 of the 6 days of our stay.
