Would have spent the night outside if another customer had not opened the door for us. Absolutely no service or contact.
Access code was incorrect therefore we were not able to access the hotel. Tried calling 5 times, sent an email, contacted with instagram and wrote messsges through the Booking platforms unfortunately no one ever replied or reached out to us (and still at this day). Hopefully another customer eventually entered with a card and opened us the door. Yet absolutely NO service. Absolutely avoid this place !
