    Kamen kurz vor 18 Uhr im Hotel an. Niemand da. Nur ein Zettel mit dem Hinweis, dass die Rezeption nur bis 1630 Uhr besetzt ist. Keine Info dazu im Vorfeld per Mail oÄ. Unter der angegebenen Notfall Telefonnummer ging niemand ran. Von booking.com war zu dieser Uhrzeit auch keine Hilfe möglich, spät in der Nacht in Deutschland. Mussten dann andere Hotels abklappern um noch eine Übernachtung zu finden. Waren echt sauer auf Onsen und die Mitarbeiter dort! Geht gar nicht!!

    Loved the stay and location.Will be returning!

    Peaceful and quiet. Huge room comfortable bed. Big pool and jacuzzi.

    Could have used more breakfast options. TV was difficult to figure out if your not tech savvy.

    A nice quiet getaway

    Staff was really nice. Andy and Tracy were very accommodating and kind. They had a nice little breakfast and coffee out each morning. No stress or issues. Room was very clean and private. Quiet and cozy vibes to the property.. Not crowded. Hot tub was large and hot, didn’t smell like bleach. Pool was crisp and cool and a nice dip to refresh yourself. I definitely recommend trying the place out. Great value on the weekdays.
