    This was our best stay in all of Japan. A truly authentic experience with an amazing lobby, beautiful rooms, fantastic staff, super clean, and a fully-stocked lobby and game room, so you will never be bored! I would definitely come back!

    久しぶりの家族旅行で利用させていただきました。温泉がとても良くて大浴場、貸切露天風呂とも入らせていただきました！朝食もとても美味しくてよかったです。看板猫ちゃんにも会う事ができてまた箱根に行く際は利用させていただきます！

    Loved having the boardgames available and checking out a kimono during the stay was a lot of fun! The traditional breakfast was way beyond expectations.
