  Lovely apartment but very uncomfortable beds, shortage of pillows and linen would not recommend to friends and family

  Good location albeit 20 minute walk to the Parliament building. 3 bedrooms , comfortable living room & dining area

  - all 3 beds are extremely uncomfortable. Very hard like sleeping on concrete. No one in our group slept well all complained about sore hips , sore shoulders etc - lack of pillows for each bed. 3 guests all only had one very small pillow (size of a small square cushion) for a double bed. The beds had throw cushions on them but not for sleeping on. Cupboards had spare pillows but no pillow cases. The twin bed which we kept joint only had a single duvet - no instructions in apartment how to adjust aircon switch radiator temperature down - the key box hanging outside the apartment on a grill not next to the front door over other side of of the landing. No light when arriving late at night next to the key box to access the box. Just made it difficult whilst trying to remain quiet not to disturb other residents

  Good location and spacious apartment

  Beds are comfortable, we stayed 6 people (2 in each bedroom). Location is great, stores are around and river and city centre are in a walkable distance. Building is good, the elevator is functioning. Apartment really is big and spacious, great for a big family/group. I also really appreciated the bath - used it a couple of times during our stay. The two bathrooms really make a difference, great to have them. Balcony is towards the inner side of the building (like the inside of a square box), not for views or chilling but more for a smoke break/ understanding the weather before going out.

  The doors (particularly bathroom ones) could use a renovation/replacement, as the moisture has made them crack and there are tears. Same about small bathroom drawers, in general there is quite a wear on the apartment appearance is some places. The check in time is quite late (16:00) and the check out time is quite early (10:00), our flight landed at 13:00 and we quite literally needed to just sit outside more than 2 hours to check in. About the luggage - in the very first email it was said we can leave it without a problem at the property and check in later, but when the day came, the owners said we cannot leave the luggage and must wait until full check in, which in itself is confusing - please update the info you send out.

  Ottima soluzione per Budapest!!!

  Appartamento molto bello, con tutti i confort, silenzioso, letti comodi, cucina attrezzata, pulito e in zona molto tranquilla. Vicino supermercato e anche mercato coperto per frutta e verdura carne ecc.. non molti ristoranti in zona ma comodissimo per i mezzi (bus, metro ecc. a 5 minuti) su mia richiesta i proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno consentito l’accesso all’appartamento prima del previsto dal momento che era già stato pulito… abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza!!! Indicazioni chiarissime per accedere… molto bene!!!!!
