    Avoid

    The staff was helpful and they really tried their best !

    There were 3 cockroaches in my room. I filmed them and showed the video to the staff, who came and killed them right away. The hotel is really old: it still uses physical keys, and the room smelled musty. The dinner buffet wasn't very good. Booking.com listed a free shuttle, but at the front desk they charged me a shuttle fee even though I never used it. There was also an extra fee for the onsen, which wasn't mentioned on Booking.com. I asked the staff to cancel my remaining nights, but they told me to handle it through Booking.com, and it's still unresolved. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

    宿泊施設部分以外の、無駄に空いてる感の空間が気持ち悪い。

    トータルでは満足

    夕食、朝食共にバイキングで満足。 大風呂も空いていてゆっくり入れた。 アメニティも一通り揃っていた。

    建物が古く、湿気、カビ臭あり。
