    Not recommended!

    The staff are humble and all eager to serve despite the constraints placed on them by the management of the holding company.

    I strongly recommend Booking.com not to list "Ooedo" group of company which manages this Ryokan group! I had the most unpleasant and deceptive response regarding the apparent mistaken reservation details between Booking.com and the" Ooedo" group!
