Ambience: comfortable, lots of light, beautiful vistas. Indoor braai and seating areas made for a wonderful family get-together

Minor negative: distance on gravel road; low pressure in shower

The thought of having an experience on a farm. To experience the stillness and escape the busy every day life. Going down to the river and lie in the coolness of the water was awesome.

When we arrived on the farm we were not informed that we would be exposed to the noise of the harvester that lasted late that evening till 22h00 and the next day. Only on day 3 all was calm and quiet. It was quite annoying.
