Avoid this site
We arrived and this hotel was closed down. I have emailed hotels.com twice with no response. The money has been taken from my account with no sign of a refund. We arrived in aberdeen as our father was in a serious road traffic accident he sadly passed away and we did not need this extra stress. Totally dreadful service from this site. I will not let this go until my money has been refunded!

Ooters at the mariner
The hotel is very warm and welcoming upon arrival. Staff are very polite and friendly. Good is lovely and very filling. The bar is a very nice place to relax and have a drink.

My stay was as good as normally is. Great staff and livery friendly l. Lovely warm rooms . Perfect for my stays. Can’t wait for next visit.

Inexpensive, clean but dated on outskirts of city
Budget hotel on the outskirts of Aberdeen. We stayed with 3 kids and it was 'fine'. The place itself needs a big refresh - think old carpets, dated wallpaper etc. it was clean and relatively quiet which was great. Food was good, staff seemed to be not very well trained, but were polite and helpful. Location is about 30 mins walk to centre of Aberdeen in a residential neighborhood but on a bus route which works well.
