    Disappointing. I would not stay here again or in any of the apartments managed by this company.

    It was a central location and the apartment was quiet.

    The WI-FI did not work for our 4 day stay. When we reported it, we were told to reset the router and when it still did not work, we were told there was nothing they could do. They did not come in person to try and fix the situation. I asked for compensation and then received no further contact. If a bed was broken, they would need to rehouse you but the management company did not take the lack of WI-FI seriously and we were travelling with visitors from outside Europe. The crockery was chipped/broken and unclean. 2 of the 5 chairs around the table were broken and unusable. The outdoor shutters were broken at the main room. The roller blinds were missing on half of the window from the main room and the main bedroom. Picking the key up from a different location when we were laden with luggage was unhelpful and a hassle. The pavements are cobbled which is lovely unless you are wheeling a suitcase for some distance.
