Расположение, размер апартаментов, двор.
Дом видно что новый, даже лифты ещё в защите стоят, но частичная мебель в квартире уже просит ремонта. Не хватило ощущения чистоты (по фото будет видно - унитаз, краны, ванный шкафчик под раковиной и тп), пружины на матрасе уже ощущаются, при чем не плохо так. Ну и процесс заселения надо продумать как-то. Потому что при первом заселении, пока ещё нет ключа от подъезда, надо ждать когда кто-то выйдет или зайдёт из/в подъезд, чтоб туда попасть. Полубесконтактное заселение, я бы сказала. Мы днем простояли 7 минут в ожидании, возможно бывает и быстрее, конечно. Но не хотелось бы сильно долго ждать в плохую погоду. В целом не плохо, но есть к чему стремиться, так сказать. Кстати, есть депозит при заселении, о чем я позднее прочитала где-то мелким шрифтом, так что имейте ввиду. С нас не взяли, я не ожидала, честно говоря, но перепроверила что, да, есть.

We were threatened by the host
We travelled from Ireland to Kazakhstan to attend an urgent appointment with a Neurologist in Almaty for our 2 years old. We booked this apartment and rang the different contact numbers provided. However, no one answered. We were tired and so was the baby so we needed a place on urgent basis. We rang again within an hour, however no response this time as well. Unfortunately, we had to finally book another place who welcomed us without a fuss. We received a call later from a lady who started to say abusing words to my wife who is a citizen of Kazakhstan. She threatened my wife saying that she has searched all my contacts details online and would report me to the immigration because I decided to cancel the booking with her. I was even threatened to be taken to a local court for a hefty fine. She even abused me on the basis of my ethnicity. Please understand that you failed to respond multiple times and then made me feel like I have no value. We had been travelling with a 2 years for last 36 hours and were badly exhausted. Is this how you show the hospitality? I was even ready to pay the money for 1 day to get rid of the host but she made us disgusted. She chose to behave condescendingly and threatened us. A message for any foreigner: Please be careful as such a person can end up going to any length. I feel so sorry for my wife that I gave her no while booking and she had go through this trauma. Not delighted at all.
