    It was really bad

    Nothing

    The agency’s customer service was very poor and we felt largely ignored throughout the whole process. It has now been over a month since our stay. We were promised a refund, but to this day we have not received the money or even a proper response. The property was extremely dirty, there was mould and damp in the bathroom, and several of the appliances were not working properly. A handyman had to come to the property several times during our stay to deal with various problems. Overall, the condition of the accommodation was completely unacceptable and very different from what we had expected.

    Windows in need of a clean, stairs a bit rickety. Shower attachment could do with being a bit longer
