Staying in these apartments was very comfortable and pleasant.
Good location, close to supermarkets, a park, pharmacies, and restaurants. Clean and comfortable apartments.

Great location, spacious and very clean apartment. Smooth check in (access codes were provided via WhatsApp).
Inspection was required before checkout, though it wasn't necessary for us to be in the apartment for it. Access is via stairs, so could be an issue if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The location of property is perfect for tourist, also it is very close to metro station. They also have a wonderful mattress.

A pleasant apartment in a good location with a helpful manager.
It was an attractive comfortable apartment in a good location. The manager Alibek was great, easy to contact and he organised a taxi to the airport for me.
Nothing, it was super and I would definitely return.

Memorably good. Just book it!
Everything. First of all, the apartment is very spacious, classy and well-maintained. The bed is comfy, the kitchen well-equipped, the bathroom is high quality with a hot shower. The apartments are well maintained. A washing machine and drying rack. A massive TV with Netflix, a big sofa. Large windows, a balcony with a super view over the park. The longer you get to know Almaty you realise the location is completely unsurpassable, just perfectly located next to the Opera House and loads of excellent cafes and restaurants and next to excellent parks. Almaty is an unexpected delight, worth several nights as a minimum. Alibek who manages the apartments is delightful, very responsive and goes out of his way to be helpful. It’s not very cheap but it’s very good value compared to a decent hotel. By far the best stay we’ve had in Central Asia. A clear 10/10. I recommend this place wholeheartedly, without a single reservation.
