Enjoyed the hotel’s location near Lake Zurich.
The hotel was in a wonderful location near the lake which was beautiful. The room and facilities were very clean and well maintained. I appreciated the bathtub.
We were surprised to not have room darkening shades/curtains in the hotel room. The bed had upholstered headboard, footboard and sideboard on 3 sides which meant that the person sleeping on the open side of the bed had to get out of bed to enable the person on the inside to get in and out of the bed. This was awkward. We were disappointed to learn at check-in that if we wanted to enjoy an a la carte breakfast that we were not able to use the hotel’s breakfast room. Instead we were directed to use the Ambassador Hotel’s restaurant across the street. In other European hotels that we recently stayed at the a la carte guests sat well away from the buffet.

Parfait pour l’accès Opéra et délicieux dîner chez Conti
La chambre spacieuse calme et une SDB grande et lumineuse avec une fenêtre
Pas assez d’espace pour le PDJ - la personne attendante (un homme) très agréable le dimanche par contre le lundi une femme asiatique pas du tout aimable
