Staff were lovely. Room was clean and location is great if youre seeking to walk to the major sightseeing locations in Rome.

Shower head needs de-scaling - this is a broad issue noticed across a number of hotels in Rome.

Great stay in Roma for our anniversary. Shame we had to feel insecure two times in the middle of the night….

Great location and very friendly staff !

No duvet to sleep so when cold hard to sleep, old tv without any app on it for international.

The expensive room has both a shower in the bathroom and a bathtub which was great! The staff was super nice and let us checkout late and also gave us everything we needed - providing shampoo water and whatnot

The street is a little scary at night but nothing too bad - and ita close the to embassy so it is safe

There is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases upstairs.
