Very good location, but quality of facility is old, mainly unstable electric circuit board.
It is in the old building but in a very good location access to many restaurants and highlight tour sites.
Never see host. Every morning, the circuit breaker flip off. when the 1st morning, it happened, the apartment was dark, we called the host at 7am, but the voice message says no one is available until 9am. We had to figure out by ourselves, Finally we fought the circuits box in outside of apartment one the wall of stairway. Later, we just fixed by ourselves as it happened every morning during our 4 nights stay.

No elevator, but we knew that going in. No fault of property.

Amazing location!! Perfectly situated to allow us to easily explore the main City highlights, very close to the Uffizi, the Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. We loved the little balcony type area with views of the City rooftops.
The stairs to the top floor can be challenging if you have much luggage - well worth it when you reach the apartment, but you need to be prepared/able to carry your luggage up the flights of stairs (luckily no problem for us).

Perfect stay- great value for money, amazing view, perfect location.
We loved the property- location, the view of the duomo, and the beds were so comfortable.
Steps up the 4th floor are steep but manageable! The front door to the apartment block doesn’t close properly either, it’s fine because there is a gate that needs to unlock to get up to your floor.
