    L'accesso poco illuminato e senza corrimano nel palazzo, i sistemi di sicurezza all'interno dell'appartamento non curati, l'angolo cucina, il televisore non funzionante e la corrente che saltava quando si accendeva una stufa in camera viste le temperature decisamente rigide
