Location was amazing with beautiful view of saint lazarus church and square

You had to collect your keys from the hotel across the road at hotel opera with very steep stairs. Not suitable for elderly or people with reduced mobility . Lady at reception had poor communication/? Language problem. Room cleanliness could have been better

Worth the money, incredibly helpful host

Location and hosts communication, helped by arranging transfer to the airport

Needs renovation, can be noisy because of kinda central location
