Charming luxury apartment in the heart of Porto
You can shower in the garden when the weather allows it.
The shower door hits the bathroom door when both are open

Not satisfied
It was clean
The property owner made us wait for three hours outside the property, even though our check-in time had been confirmed for 4:00 p.m. She explained that her staff were occupied. After a long flight, this was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. On top of that, she gave all three of us incorrect instructions regarding the key drop-off, which caused further confusion. She then repeatedly called us about the issue, which appeared to be mainly due to difficulties in English communication and unclear instructions. Finally, please be aware that the property requires you to carry your luggage up approximately 20–30 steps, with no elevator available. This is important information that guests should know before booking. Overall, unfortunately, our experience with this property was a disaster.

Ottimo appartamento
L’appartamento è esattamente come dalle foto.
