    Good value for money, couple of small disappointments

    Apartment was well equipped, spacious and clean. Tables and chairs, sofa and bed were all comfortable. Only thing the kitchen missed was an oven. Staff friendly and check in / check out was easy. The outdoor area was nice to sit in the autumn sun (though the pool was freezing - don’t think it’s heated so probably best only in summer!) Location is good, about 10 mins from a shopping/bar area with lots of places to eat and get a coffee, is about 35/40 mins to the river front but it was a nice safe walk so we didn’t mind.

    There is building work going on in a derelict property exactly opposite, which makes it a bit unpleasant if you have a balcony on the road facing side like we did. Normally the view doesn’t bother us which is why I didn’t book the more expensive pool view, but it was noisy. The jacuzzi was out of action all the time we were there, we asked about it and the receptionist said it was broken and the water was only cold. We saw people working on it a couple of times but it was never fixed. This was especially disappointing as this was a big reason I booked this apartment!

    Moyen, nous ne reviendrons pas et nous ne recommanderons pas cet établissement

    La propreté du logement est impeccable. C‘est très propre. Le logement est assez grand et bien équipé. La piscine n‘est pas chauffée mais le jacuzzi à l’extérieur est encore très agréable même fin septembre.

    L‘accueil par la réceptionniste est froid. On nous a donné aucun conseil pour visiter la ville de Porto. De plus, l’établissement dispose de jacuzzi privatif en sous-sol et étant en rez de chaussée, le bruit est infernal pour dormir.
