    Cozy and modern but very difficult to get a good sleep at night.

    The appartment is spacious, very modern and well equipped. It is very close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and much more.

    First and the most important aspect is that I could not rest at night. There is a loud sound coming from the extractor fan from the downstairs restaurant. It is turned off at around 03:30 am in the morning and back on when it reopens. The shower cube was not cleaned properly and there were some stains... on the white duvet. Pillows and bed not comfy. Also, I have requested info on where to dispose the rubbish bags and if there is any launderette nearby but unfortunately the host did not reply with that.

    Nie wieder !

    Die Lage

    Es war sehr laut - die Abzugsanlage von dem Restaurant nebenan ist genau neben den Fenster (Fenster nicht isoliert) und läuft von Vormittag bis 2 Uhr nachts. Dienstags war Ruhetag- das war sehr schön. Wir haben von 4 Nächten 3 nicht schlafen können!

Senhores, Venho por este meio apresentar uma reclamação relativamente à minha estadia no alojamento [nome do alojamento], reserva n.º [número da reserva]. Durante a estadia, verifiquei a presença de várias baratas no quarto e/ou noutras áreas do alojamento, o que demonstra graves problemas de higiene e limpeza. Esta situação causou desconforto, preocupação e prejudicou significativamente a qualidade da estadia. O alojamento não correspondeu às condições anunciadas na plataforma nem aos padrões mínimos de higiene que qualquer hóspede tem o direito de esperar. Em anexo envio fotografias/vídeos que comprovam a situação. Solicito que esta reclamação seja analisada e que seja considerada uma compensação adequada pelos transtornos causados, bem como a verificação das condições do alojamento para evitar que outros hóspedes passem pela mesma situação.
