  Absolutely lovely.

  Spacious apartment with quality finishes and comfortable beds. Location was perfect, outstanding. Quiet yet in the bustling action of Broadbeach. Amazing beaches and nice pool , probably a touch small for the size of the building but good atmosphere on the lounges. Everything was clean and a truly well landscaped and manicured gardens in the outdoor spaces of the property.

  The parking spot was on the 3rd basement level which just took a while each time we went somewhere. Really not a deal breaker though.

  Great location and view, well appointed apartment .

  Great location and facilities, room was clean and well stocked with towels and cleaning products ( dishwasher tabs, dishwashing powder, laundry powder, soaps for bathrooms, coffee and tea)and they even left us a welcome basket of snacks. Communication with the host was very good, they checked arrival time and good instructions, there was a problem with the building AC which made it a bit warm on the first night but was ok by the second. Host communicated and checked we were ok. I would definitely stay here again.

  Great apartment - great location - just needs a few issues dealt with.

  Lovely apartment - great location.

  I hoped to be able to send these comments to the person looking after bookings, but I haven't been able to. So, I shall have to address them here. • The apartment needs pest control. • The main shower floor is a slip hazard. 24 hours after use the water was still pooled on the tile directly inside of the shower door. For safety, a non-slip mat for the shower should be provided. • There were cockroach droppings on the sheets in bedroom 2, on a towel, and just outside of the ensuite door. A large cockroach was seen on the kitchen floor before it disappeared under the fridge. • The main TV remote control immediately flashed a warning that its battery was low, but there was no USB outlet or cable available to charge it. • The main TV would not display any of the local free to air channels. Pressing the home button and selecting ‘terrestrial’ TV brought up channel 10, but no others could be accessed. It may need re-booting. I would have rated the property excellent except for the above issues. If they are addressed, it would be good if the owner advised so in a reply to my review so that future travellers are aware the issues are fixed.
