The room service is available from 07:00 to 21:00 with the last entry at 20:30. The fitness center is closed every 4th Monday of the month. The schedule may change without prior notice due to hotel circumstances. During peak season, when the outdoor pool is open, an admission fee will be charged per entry, according to a schedule to be announced. Value for money definitely.
The staff were very helpful and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Thank you Daniel at the reception for the hospitality.
I was only there for the night, i really cannot find anything to dislike. Feel that if i had my partner with me, we would have been a bit tight for space in the room due to its size.

That i was finally able to book my small group through booking.com!
That I had to book this group through booking.com as the hotel groups department and Best Western did not respond to my group request.

The location is close to the convention center and metro, the room was spatious, great breakfast, good AC. Good bar. There is a small convinient store inside.
It is a bit pricey. The outer pool is closed for season already in September (although the temperature outside was warm enough). The indoor pool is small.
