    Ületas kõik ootused! :)

    Võõrustaja oli väga viisakas ja vastutulelik. Majutus oli suurepäraselt puhas ja avar ning kõik vajalikud tarbed olid olemas. Voodi oli väga mugav ja aknast avanes fantastiline vaade. Üks parimaid majutusi, kus ma Tallinnas viibinud olen. Soovitan igal juhul!

    Очень красивые витражные окна . Хороший ремонт. Удобная кровать. Есть фен, утюжок для волос.

    Расположение , все необходимое есть.

    My personal belongings were locked up in the apartment and I had to find another accommodation as the staff didn’t reply

    Nice view from 12ve floor.

    After checking in I went out for few hours and after coming back at around 11 pm I couldn’t enter the building and the apartment as the code previously provided didn’t work anymore. I tried multiple attempts to contact the property via phone call, WhatsApp and messages via Booking.com app but all of them were unsuccessful. I called Book.com service centre but they also were unable to speak with a staff member. So finally with all my personal belongings locked up in the apartment I had to arrange for a new accommodation for that night. On the next morning I called the property at about 10 am and finally was able to talk to a member of the staff and they told me that the code has been changed and sent me a new code. When I asked why the code was changed the reply was that it should have been a technical issue and they didn’t apologise at all about what has happened and for not answering the multiple attempts for contact from my side and from Booking.com service centre.
