Orange Stay Apartments Melbourne operates at 74A/889 Collins Street Docklands. Our office is located at the back of the 889 Building next to the river and please proceed to our office for check in process. Please inform Orange Stay Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges: - From 18:00 to 22:00 AUD 50 - After 22:00 AUD 100. No check in after 12 midnight is allowed. Also lock box service is available free of charge with adequate photo ID and credit card provided prior to arrival at no later than 2pm on arrival date. Housekeeping service can be requested weekly for staying more than 7 nights at extra costs. Guest can request daily housekeeping service at extra charges. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.     Super convenient and comfortable

    The view from the room was amazing. Location convenience was great close to conference centre and public transport. Rooms were a great size. Pool and gym where amazing.

    Only thing was the wifi didn't work.

    Close to my meeting place. Easy to get around cbd

    Too much light in the bedroom, hard to sleep Shower needs looking at, a lot of water running from the hose near the wall affecting water pressure. Could do with better pillows

    Not sure value for money

    Was ok once found them..they were very friendly

    Paying a $500 bond which i wasnt expecting and waiting to have returned. Most accommodations take a credit card but not hold onto it, cant understand why takes 7-10days to return it.
