Giorni trascorsi i.
La posizione, l’efficenza degli impianti, la funzionalità della casa. Comoda per raggiungere le spiagge dell’Argentario, pur trovandosi in centro.
A voler guardare il pelo nell’uovo i materassi, della camera matrimoniale vicino all’ingresso, sono un po’ duri. Il parcheggio è comodo ma a pagamento, nota di demerito per il Comune però non per la struttura.

Soggiorno perfetto con bambini anche piccoli
La casa e’ in una zona perfetta per il centro di Orbetello, il parcheggio e per andare al mare. E’ una casa grande e comoda con tutti i comfort di chi ci vive essendo che hanno lasciato una cucina molto attrezzata, coperte e cuscini extra, prodotti per la casa e la lavatrice e oggetti vari che di solito non si trovano nelle case in affitto. La terrazza non e’ molto attrezzata ma si sta benissimo anche nel cortile privato d ingresso fornito di sedie tavolo e ombrellone. Monica e’ una host speciale, attenta, disponibile e presente anche per le emergenze che a noi sono succede 😅.. una casa che in famiglia ho trovata molto comoda.

Ottima Posizione a due passi dal centro, ma lontano dal caos della movida notturna, parcheggio a pagamento con tariffa giornaliera molto bassa difronte casa. Monica che gestisce la struttura sempre disponibile per eventuali chiarimenti e comunicazioni sempre veloce e esaustiva.

Exceeded expectations!!
This house was absolutely perfect for us. It felt lived in and everything we needed we were able to easily find. The kitchen was small but very well equipped, and we really loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning. There is art on all the walls and lots of books and games. The hot water and pressure in the shower were great after a day at the beach and Monica was extremely communicative over WhatsApp asking if we needed anything.
The beds were comfortable but a little wobbly! There is also some noise from the road but it didn't bother me as I am usually awake by the time cars come past anyway.
