We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It is incredibly spacious and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, with two large bedrooms and a very generously sized living room. The kitchenette was well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, and a stovetop, which was very convenient. The bathroom was also large, clean, and had a washing machine. The highlight for us was the location. Situated on the 34th floor, the view of the promenade and the sea is absolutely stunning. The apartment's location is very convenient with direct access to the beach, and there are several supermarkets and plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. Communication with the hosts was seamless. They were always available, responded immediately to every message, and even provided us with excellent recommendations for the area. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely choose to stay here again.
We stayed in August, during peak season, and were aware of potential long waits for the elevators at Orbi City. During rush hours, we did have to wait about 5 minutes, and the ride up included several stops. However, it was manageable, even with a baby and a stroller, and didn't negatively impact our overall experience. The main lobby downstairs is often crowded, which is something to be aware of.

квартира действительно с шикарнейшим видом на море. чистая и светлая
квартира отличная. вид и вправду впечатлил. квартира находится на 34 этаже и вправду с шикарным видом на море и набережную. довольно тихо ,т.к. квартира угловая и просторная. хозяева быстро реагируют на просьбы и вопросы, не проблемные. мы остались довольны
собственно все что можно было улучшить в орби к сожалению от хозяев не зависит. район очень шумный сам по себе особенно в сезон. и конечно очереди в лифты)) это просто адское место))и спуск и подъем в зависимости от времени может занимать до получаса реального времени) я не поеду в орби больше ни-ко-г-да, какая бы расчудесная квартира там не была))

Beautiful space and beautiful view Rooms are spacious and clean They don't have a desk for long stays but it's fine for 4 to 5 days stay I love it 😀
