A swaky mid century dream.
The location was perfect. We were there during October Modernism Week and the property is in walking distance of the bus tours and the main shopping street. There is off street parking. Coffee, soda, and light breakfast items are available by the pool anytime. Every afternoon is happy hour where you can have a signature Orbit-tini and mingle with the other guests. If you love mid century architecture and decor then this property will make your heart happy. The Albert Frey house II is visible from the pool deck. Everything is super clean and the innkeeper is just a text message away if you need anything.
The bed was a bit soft for my taste, but that is purely a personal preference.

Pleasant and Relaxing Stay
The property was so cool, total 60s retro vibe which I loved. The room was spacious with a private outdoor space. They have a refrigerator by the pool area stocked with soft drinks and basic breakfast food and a coffee machine for guests to use. The pool are was nice and relaxing. Hotel is a 10 min walk from downtown Palm Springs so it was super convenient to a lot places. I really loved my stay here and plan to return.
very very minor but the shower dripped in my room, it didn't bother me but it might bother other guests who are sensitive to noise.

Quiet location, large rooms, comfortable bed, and gorgeous setting against mountains
Bathroom faucet water was a bit cloudy as they were doing plumbing near my room. I think it was temporary.
