    Super one night stay whilst walking the coast path. Hosts could not have been more accommodating

    Fantastic room in beautiful house in idyllic location within short walking distance of good locals pub for dinner.

    A relaxing haven.

    Welcomed with home made scones, jam and clotted cream. Felt more like staying with friends or family than a B&B. Amazing setting. Good recommendation for local pub within walking distance. Excellent breakfast.

    The only thing I would have liked would have been a magnifying mirror available in the bathroom/bedroom.

    A very friendly welcome at a very stylish property.

    Noreen was informed my wife is lactose free so she kindly provided lactose free dairy produce for our stay. Andy asked us each morning what we wanted for breakfast and cooked it fresh, delicious. Each day we were given lots of information about the local area and travel advice. We really appreciated the recommendation to book Fat Olives in Emsworth to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

    A comfortable chair inside the room instead of sitting on the bed.
