    Amazing!!

    We could not rate this place highly enough! We had the best time staying here - the pod was gorgeous, lovely and clean, the hot tub was fab. There are lovely walks along the canal close by, and we felt so cosy and secluded. Made all the better by the fact we got engaged here! It was just magical. Thank you Helen, you were a wonderful host.

    The WiFi was a little temperamental, but the whole point of the stay was to get away from everything. So really cannot complain!

    Perfect little weekend away

    Went away for a chilled 2 night stay, we took the bikes and hiking gear, Helen very welcoming and we had all we needed Very quiet and peaceful location Bed very comfy All the cutlery you need inside We had a bbq both nights and sat outside Pocklington a nice little village nearby, we rode there on the bikes, plenty of shops and food places

    Just a couple of things, but nothing major To make other guests aware of before going Hot tub was hard to control the heat once it got hot as its a wood/fire one and soot from chimney kept blowing into hot tub whilst in it. Was cosy though Flies were an issue, kept getting through the gap in the door, even though theres a fly net up, a swat and fly spray were provided for killing them, you expect a few being in the countryside Other than that it was perfect
