    The hotel staff waited for our late bus arrival from Mexico City a good 2 hours late. And they welcomed us like it was early afternoon .kind petson

    The breakfast was a little stingy, I know you could order from menu also but the continental was on stingy side

    Paz y tranquilidad

    La tranquilidad que el lugar y el staff transmite. El hotel está ubicado muy en centro. Hay bastante ruido bastante gente, pero orchid house te ofrece un lugar seguro y calmado.

    Todo estuvo genial, aveces en la noche hay un poco de ruido por los bares. Pero el hotel está intentado todo lo posible para solucionarlo.

    Gorgeous, even better than the photos

    Wonderful staff who made us feel like home. Thank you Fabiola, Carlo, and Juan. The place is just gorgeous. I hope to come back someday.

    The beds were too soft, not enough support. That’s the only thing though!
