Close to the bus stop coming down the mountain from the alpine route. Great outdoor onsen and the Japanese breakfast and dinner were superb.
It is a basic small ryonak room with Tanami matting which is very traditional and good in Japan.

Our stay was very relaxing and the food was excellent.
Wonderful onsen ryokan, very relaxing. Hot bath was truly outdoors with a garden view. Nice play area for small children. Hotel provided props and settings for photos.
