    Hotel was lovely and clean, buffet breakfast was great and nice variety

    Pool staff - not consistent with the rules. One staff member says we are allowed to have drinks and food at pool, then another female staff say we are not allowed and make us leave, even though we bought food at the hotel. Also made my daughter take her goggles off on the slide. But then she couldn't see when she came down into the water. Very annoying

    Fabulous hotel, lovely staff

    This place was out of this world beautiful. We chose the hotel as we wanted the luxury and the location - not too near the craziness of Naha. We had a car and wanted to explore. From the room, to the staff, to the food - everything was amazing. Special shout out to Gushiman on reception who went above and beyond when the kitchen forgot our breakfast boxes on the last day and he went out of his way to make sure we didn’t leave on n empty stomach at 6:30am!

    I don’t think we fully appreciated the size of this hotel or the amount of children there would be here. As a couple travelling without kids it took us a bit by surprise. It didn’t impact our stay as we were out and about a lot but I’d imagine if you spent time around the pool it might not be what you’re looking for. Because of the size of the hotel breakfast could feel very busy and crazy. Highly recommend the deluxe or special club lounge rooms as it gives you access to the lounge area which was much quieter- you can also have breakfast there too - worth paying more for! As the hotel is not near anywhere you can’t really walk anywhere apart from the beach, so if you wanted to go for a meal outside it would be tricky. There is construction going on next door (Oct’26) so make sure to ask for a room away from that as will impact your view and enjoyment!
