What a shame !!!
All the procedure of the reservation was awfull ! I was quite harassed by the team, Almost 20 messages, from 3 different persons to ask me to pay everything by cash !!! Honestly, I’ve never been so annoyed for a booking ! I was really mad, As received a small gift from them with apologized but not at the highest of the inconfort. I could understand that the world must to live without the bank as much as possible. If the rules were clear at the time of my reservation, I could play the game but really ? It wasn’t clear and it embarrassed me very much as I could take cash out 3.000.000 dong at each transaction (which it costs me each time money) Plus, the along bay is such a tourist trap, only a business !!! It smells gasoline all the time. Shame on all the business there ! I felt trapped !!! They put you in some boat for the day tour, you looks like animals waiting to be killed. They have to stop

We book this cruise during our honeymoon trip in Vietnam. The booking specialist has upgraded our room to a suite which includes with honeymoon amenities. Because of that, our stay there felt special and personal. All of the staff were happy and friendly to everybody.
When communicating through the operating manger of the cruise, we noted that my wife is a vegetarian and noted her food allergies. Upon arrival, we mentioned to all the staff about her dietary restrictions but it seems they still weren’t aware or were communicated about it. Her food accommodation were improvised and became bland and flavorless. We did not enjoy her food there.
