    Один из лучших отелей в Мадриде

    Один из лучших отелей в котором я останавливался. Расположение с видом на королевский дворец. Просторные номер, с огромными удобными кроватями, одеялами и подушками. В номерах есть чай, кофе и всегда презент в холодильнике - бутылочка испанской кавы и холодная вода. Персонал очень отзывчивый и приветливый. После выселения можно бесплатно оставить вещи на хранение и погулять до отъезда налегке.

    Слабый Wi-Fi.

    Great location, walking distance fo sights, restaurants and shops.

    The location is great; I stayed here several years ago. The room was not as nice as I expected it to be. And they didn't clean the room even though I stayed here two nights.

    They didn't clean the room. It was expensive for what we got.

    The staff was super nice, especially Mariana 😊 super central and good bed. We got upgraded for free.
