    Ļoti ērti apartamenti ar saunu, komfortablas mēbeles, pieejama veļasmašīna un žāvētājs, iekšpagalmā terase ar dārzu. Ir auto stāvvieta.

    Durvīm uz saimnieku telpām varēja būt nedaudz labāka izolācija, bet tas nebija traucējoši.
