lovely family stay. Nice views and comfortable beds. AC works amazing
nice spacious villa. Lovely for a family to relax at
bathrooms need fans or AC - very stuffy and can get quite smelly.

Здр. Пребывание в Орка вилла в октябре месяце было великолепно!!!😍Очень красивая вилла с личным бассейном, все очень чисто, удобства все есть. Моя семья была в восторге, и до сих пор скучает по этой вилле в Олюденизе❤️

Would not again
The property was in shambles, and I’m in the process of disputing getting some compensation back because it really was un-livable. There was around 4 leaks from bathrooms the sink in the kitchen and ceiling, which meant we had to buy a bucket in the middle of the living room to ensure no one slipped. It also meant we had to mop every time we used the sinks.
See above as was terrible.

Nice place, clean and tidy
The location the property was good, the house was very clean and tidy
The photos we sore online were not exactly how the area looks now. The neighbors are very close and the back yards look into each others yards
