    Very good

    Location was good, facilities (pool and playground were excellent), house was reasonably clean and comfortable

    There was no oven, location was confusing as it was advertised as Laguna Bay on booking.com but turned out to be in Venetian Bay

    I cannot recommend the place to someone.

    The outside balcony of the unit was very dirty and dusty. This is not a good impression of the property. The balcony to the entrance of the unit says a lot about the unit. The internet was very weak you have to be close to the wire access point to get internet. We sent a message to the host no reply was received. Overall not pleased with the customer service.

    I can definitely recommend this place and would definitely come back. It’s close to everything, and enough space for the

    I loved how open the unit was. We were ready to sign a lease and rent out a unit right then and there. All the little raccoons jumping out of the dumpster honestly made my night but I loooove raccoons! The complex itself was beautiful and perfect for nightly walks

    The upstairs neighbors only being loud and stomping or jumping at night. Some of the applications and things like that were worn out. The washing machine works but someone messed it up where you pour detergent in it, so we didn’t even bother with that. The bath tub in the main bathroom, the water drained slowly and the stopper was detached, but still usable. The door didn’t lock sometimes. The people were bleh, I don’t know how many times I’d go to take out the trash and someone would stop driving just to watch me walk into the unit, or follow us slowly in their car. Mind you, you’d be on the sidewalk, and not in the road isn’t their way. But that’s just a people problem and not a complex problem.
