    Owner of the house must be more responsible

    Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended The listing stated that a transfer was included in the price, but no transfer was provided, and the staff refused to arrange a taxi despite being informed in advance that we would arrive at 8:00 AM with a baby. We received no clear location, access code, or proper assistance. We waited for hours, could not reach anyone, and lost our first day. We had to pay an additional €150 for alternative accommodation because the apartment was not ready. The apartment was dirty, especially the bathroom, which I had to clean myself after a long and exhausting journey. There was an indoor camera, which made us feel that our privacy was seriously compromised. The baby bed was broken and dirty, so our baby had to sleep with us. We also received only one key, which was very inconvenient. The owner did not respond to our messages. Overall, the experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and far below acceptable standards. I would never book this accommodation again and cannot recommend it to families, especially those travelling with young children.
