Very disappointing
Just the tocation.
From the moment we checked in, we encountered multiple serious issues that made our stay extremely unpleasant. * There were cockroaches in the bathroom. * The air conditioning advertised in the listing did not work. The apartment only had two fans (a tower fan and a standing fan), neither of which was capable of cooling the apartment. One of the bedrooms reached 30°C, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. * We found fingernail clippings on one of the beds, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment. * The refrigerator had clearly not been maintained. The refrigerator compartment was completely frozen over, causing water to leak across the parquet floor and into one of the bedrooms. The situation became so serious that a maintenance technician had to come because the neighbor downstairs reported water leaking into their apartment. * The bathroom sink was clogged. We reported all of these issues immediately after arriving to the person who gave us the keys. They said they would forward everything to the property management. The management contacted us, but the only solution they offered was to send someone to sprinkle powder around the apartment to try to deal with the cockroaches. Regarding the broken air conditioning, clogged sink, refrigerator problem, and the other issues, they told us there was nothing they could do and that they had no other apartment available to move us to.
