Abbiamo scelto la camera mansardata, che in alcuni tratti e’ costata una craniata ( in bagno …) . Ma ne è valsa decisamente la pena 🤭. La camera e’ infatti di fronte la terrazza

Center position of the location that allowed you to move without use the car once parked
Bathroom outside the room not so comfortable as you are sharing apartment with other people and to move from your room to the bathroom you have to cross all the corridor passing in front of the other room. AC not available in the room ... and not smart TV available, TV was old one where you can watch only local channels!

Daniele, the host is SO kind. From before I arrived, he sent me very helpful instructions on how to get from the train station, (as the funicular was closed for maintenance) and his great suggestions of what to do with my time in Orvieto and for having me as a guest in his beautiful accommodation. I was so comfortable and it was a beautiful and welcoming tranquil spot to come back to after a hot and busy day sightseeing in Orvieto. I stayed in "the yellow room" so my private bathroom was down the corridor - that was absolutely not an issue and made very clear when booking. What you maybe don't see from the booking details are the fact that there is a wonderful communal indoor kitchen (with huge fridge, cooker, coffee machines and washing machine) as well as a fab outdoor kitchen up on the communal sun terrace. It is a beautiful tranquil spot to return to after a busy day sightseeing in Orvieto.
